When you submit your request, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with the Customer # under which you made this request. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer. We will then make contact with you and advise our findings, any solutions and relevant patches.
