I get a Windows Installer massage and then nothing happens?

If you're running Windows 9X you might need to install the Windows Installer software which is present on the Demo CD. If this software is not automatically installed go to the Install directory of the Demo CD and select the version of Windows you are currently running, next click on 'INSTMSI.EXE' and follow the on-screen instructions. Restart Windows and then install FutureRIP SE.

When I load a Job my Printer Settings get changed?

The settings window allows you to save the current printer settings in a job. There is also a setting that will cause the saved settings to be loaded when you reload a document. If you do not want this to occur, uncheck this setting.

How can I apply the current settings to a different document?

From the top 'Printer' Menu, you can select the option 'Save Printer Settings'. This will allow you to save the current printer settings, and subsequently load and apply them to other jobs.

Sometimes raster images disappear on large jobs?

If you set a high rendering dpi, on a very large job, you may not have enough resources to render some of the artwork. If you view the artwork in the preview window, the bottom status bar will warn you if the render dpi is too high. Also, try switching the 'Smooth EMF Images' setting in the 'Advanced' tab of the settings window.
