Suspend your 'VinylMaster Pro' Registration

If you are about to sell, upgrade or have repairs undertaken on your registered computer 'Suspend' your registration first. This procedure effectively clears your current registration from our records allowing you to register any computer you wish once completed.

To obtain a Suspend Number from a registered computer, go to the Registration window of the software and click on ‘Suspend Rego’ and after following the instructions a Suspend Number will be issued.

Next type in your Product and Suspend Number where indicated and click on 'Submit Request', and your details will be updated with this information meaning you can register any computer you wish using your Product Number

VMP Product Number
 The unique Product Number (formerly Customer Number) you received when you purchased VinylMaster Pro. 
e.g.  0101 0001 0234 5000 
Suspend Number
 The unique Suspend Number that you are issued when you click on 'Suspend' from the Registration window of the software.
e.g.  0700 1234 5678 1234
Computer ID Number
 The unique Computer ID Number of the computer you are trying to register.
e.g.  0700 1234 5678 1234
