If you have purchased one or more of our software products and can't find your Product Number (Formerly your Customer Number), this section allows you to request it on-line (please allow up to 24 Hours for the Number to be issued). Once you have received your Product Number write it on the inside front cover of your manual/s for safe keeping.


NOTE: If you have a Dongle (a device that plugs into a USB or Parallel Port) then your Dongle Number is your Customer Number: VMP V2.95 and V2.70.
