Specific Registration Help

If your Computer's Program Status (in the registration window) displays either one of the following:

Unregistered | De-Registered

Then either one of the following events will have taken place

1. The computer has been upgraded or repaired (Unregistered)
2  The registration has been transferred to another computer (De-Registered)
3. The Registration has been Suspended (Unregistered)
4. The computer has been destroyed and significantly upgraded or replaced (Unregistered)
5. The computer has been Lost or Stolen

The following is an explanation of what to do next:

Note: For an explanation of our requirements please see 'Explanation' at the bottom of this page.

1. Upgraded/Repaired (Unregistered)

Please go to Re-Register and from the Registration window of the software:

1. type in your Customer and current Computer ID # where indicated and click on 'Submit Request';
2. If the computer hasn't been significantly altered, you will be immediately issued with a replacement Registration Number;
3. Next type in the NEW Registration Number.

If your on-line application is unsuccessful, please read through and fill in the 'Request for replacement registration number form' and have ready all those documents to verify your claim e.g. invoice or receipt from supplier/repairer. Next fill in the form and fax it through to our central processing office in Australia on fax # +613-9329-0086 or to your country's head office.

2. Destroyed and Replaced (Unregistered)

In the event your computer became unworkable due to a virus, a complete hardware failure or otherwise and you DID NOT 'Suspend' your computer's registration on-line. You may be able to obtain a NEW Registration Number. To do this you must provide us with sufficient verification in support of your claim. This verification can be a report by a computer repair store, an invoice/receipt outlining the damage and subsequent purchase of a new computer or significantly upgraded/repaired computer or any other similar documentation that clearly outlines what took place and why.

If this is not possible and or practical you may fill in an Affidavit or Statutory Declaration (be sure to nominate your country) supplied by Future Corporation and have it signed by either a certified or registered Accountant/Attorney/Doctor/Nurse, a JP, an MP, a Congressman, a Postal Manager or a Senior Police Officer and fax it through to our central processing office in Australia on fax # +613-9329-0086 or to your country's head office. Please note: This document binds you to specific legal responsibilities.

3. De-Registered

For a computer to become 'De-Registered' it must have been previously Registered and  then subsequently 'De-Registered' at a later time. This is usually done to transfer the registration between 2 or more computers. Therefore in the case of a 'De-Registered' computer the original computer can only be registered again, from the other computer/s that were used in the transfer. To transfer between computers see 'How to Transfer' for more information.

Please refer to the other topics if the Authorized computer/s has become unregistered.

4. Lost or Stolen

In the event your computer is lost or stolen that had Future Corporation software registered on it, the software is also lost or stolen. To replace the software you must make a claim with your insurance company to pay for the full replacement cost of the software. However, if you are not insured you may make application to purchase a Site License of the software.

Please Note

In no way does following the abovementioned procedures guarantee a Re-Registration by Future Corporation Ltd. Each and every application is processed on its own merit and circumstances.

Explanation
