Print & Cut - Sign Shop... Print, Cut, or Print & Cut. The Graphtec SignJet Pro Series combines two workhorses in one machine! As an inkjet printer, the SignJet Pro prints colorful posters, banners, and various photo realistic digital images on a broad range of media. When functioning as a cutting plotter, it provides sophisticated features equivalent to that of high-end sign cutter equipment without sacrificing performance, versatility, reliability, or productivity. In addition, the SignJet Pro also performs as a Print & Cut device that contour-cuts digitally imaged artwork for production of short-run decals, stickers, window graphic signs, and many other unique graphic displays... The JX2000 is the latest SignJet Pro series available from Graphtec. Its eight true-600dpi print heads can be configured with two groups of CYMK inks, allowing the user to load both with the same type of ink (pigment-based UV ink or dye-based ink) for high speed printing, or provides the option of loading two different ink types for convenient on-the-fly switching between pigment and dye-based ink. The JX2000s cutting performance is comparable to that of Graphtecs high-end cutting plotters - the FC4100 series - and provides the features and versatility needed to satisfy high volume sign making operations. The SignJet Pro comes standard with its new bi-directional media take-up for continuous, unattended, long-run printing jobs. Ample application-specific options are also available for tailoring the system configuration to suit various business environments. |

Automatic Registration Mark Detection Function(*3)
Registration marks can be printed along side the image for accurate re-alignment of an imaged medium that has been removed for lamination. This function works effectively with the built-in automatic axis alignment intelligence, whereby the SignJet-Pro automatically compensates for any media expansion/contraction and mis-alignment that occurred during the post-imaging process.
