The CE2000 "E-Class" friction feed cutting plotters - are available in a 24" desktop model (CE2000-60) and a large format floor standing model (CE2000-120). The CE2000 Series have been designed to satisfy the cutting plotter user who wants Graphtec quality, performance and reliability - all at a highly affordable price. The CE2000 Series have been engineered from the ground up to meet the challenge... The CE2000 Series incorporates the user-friendliness and reliability established with its predecessor model, the CE1000 Series, and further enhances dependability and performance. in the new CE2000 shares its engineering concept

| The maximum cutting speed is user-selectable up to 24 in/sec (600 mm/sec) and 40 in/sec (1000 mm/sec) for the CE2000-60 and CE2000-120 respectively. The traveling speed for relocating the pen/blade carriage from one coordinate point to another, without performing its cutting operation, can be specified independently from the selected cutting speed for optimum cutting quality while minimizing the total production time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The enhanced tool control allows users to specify cutting force in a 31-step range up to 300g for the CE2000-60 and in a 39-step range up to 450g for the CE2000-120, accommodating a wide variety of media from cast/calendared vinyl to reflective film. Every time the plotter is turned on or any time the cutting conditions have been altered, the CE2000’s intelligent firmware will automatically re-orient the blade tip angle to correlate with subsequent cutting data, thus maintaining consistent cutting quality. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

The CE2000 allows users to pre-program four job-specific settings (Cutting Conditions) through the LCD menu for instantaneous recall, thus enhancing versatility and minimizing set up time. Cutting speed, cutting force, blade/pen type and offset value, and acceleration (Quality) can be independently specified to suit up to four groups of different job-specific requirements. The SmartFeed™ media pre-feeding function automatically unwinds and pre-feeds roll media as needed to eliminate disturbance associated with the operator’s manual assistance. This feature enhances the plotter’s tracking capability and is useful for unattended repeat jobs and long-length projects. With the SmartFeed function engaged, the CE2000 repeats unwinding and advancing of the roll media for a user-specified distance, upon recognition of plot data exceeding the pre-fed length. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Once the complete cut/plot file has been received into the CE2000’s internal memory, an operator can execute the Copy function for repetitive production of the same design(s).
